If you don't hear from us within 24-48 hours, please call. Our internet service could be down.
If you mail your reservation to us, please call us five (5) days after you have mailed it to confirm we
have received it.
Both of our telephone numbers are cell phones, and we take calls from 7:00A.M. to 9:00 P.M. each day.
When you call us, you might be transferred to our voice mail due to our talking to someone or our
service temporarily interrupted. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as
possible.
Note: Room reservations are not guaranteed until we receive a deposit covering 50% of your stay.
Credit Cards:
We accept PayPal. Deposits may be made through PayPal at: chasherman@hughes.net. Guests
may also pay by personal check at least two weeks in advance, or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refunded with at least seven (7) days advance notice less a $25.00 administrative fee.
Deposits are forfeited with less than seven (7) days notice, unless we are able to rebook the room for
that night. If we are able to rebook the room after receiving your notice of cancellation with less than
seven(7) days notice, your deposit will be returned, less a $25.00 administrative fee.
Check In: After 4:00 P.M. and before 9:00 P.M.
Check Out: Noon
Note: The check in and check out times are intended to provide us adequate time to prepare your
room. If check in time is before 4:00 P.M. or check out time is after noon, a half day charge may be
added.
