Whispering Pines offers guests a very quiet, simple,homey and relaxing place to stay for a few
evenings for travelers or for a week-end getaway. It's a perfect location for star gazers or those who
enjoy walking around enjoying nature's bounties.
Ideally nestled on nearly 4 acres on the corner of Scully and Dwight Roads amongst evergreens and
cornfields and other flora and fauna with spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
We serve great country breakfasts with an international touch. Some of the recipes come from
Chuck's grandparents and great grandparents who immigrated from Scotland and Sweden.
Whispering Pines is less than a mile from the Dwight airport, 2 miles north of Dwight, 20 miles south
of Morris, and 36 miles from Joliet. Guests can ride Amtrak to Dwight, to and from Chicago or board
Amtrak or Metra in Joliet to and from Chicago.
